Management Coordinator

The Talent Management Coordinator position will support the HR
functions within Deck Nine Games related to recruitment, onboarding, and
management of our greatest resource our amazing employees! This is a new
position within our HR Department, so there is room for creativity, process
improvement, and programming in all talent related areas.
This position will help attract, develop, and retain exceptional
talent, by coordinating and leading our recruitment and onboarding processes,
and assisting with our performance management programming. This includes
working with our hiring managers with recruitment, from writing job
descriptions, posting and managing applications, scheduling interviews, and
managing the candidate experience, to creating offer letters, new employee
paperwork and onboarding.
Once employees become a member of the team, this position will
assist with performance management. This includes assisting the HR Manager with
the annual review and mid-cycle review process, coordinating engagement and stay
interviews, and assisting with the training and development programming.
As a small team this person will also support as needed other
large HR initiatives, such as Open Enrollment and HR Metrics, and will also be
a regular contributor to our company wide HR communications.
Essential Functions:
- Assist writing and managing job
descriptions,
- Manage requisition and job posting process
through ADP Workforce Now,
- Recruitment
- May attend recruitment events, virtual or
in-person,
- Work with higher education and industry
recruiting events,
- Actively manage talent pipeline,
- Act as the main contact for Recruiting
Firms,
- Applicant process
- Prescreens applicants for minimum and
preferred qualifications,
- Coordinate interviews and contact
applicants,
- Manage applicant/candidate experience,
- Onboarding
- Initiate background checks,
- Work with hiring manager to determine offer
details,
- Manage offer letter process,
- Enter new hires into ADP Workforce Now,
- Scheduling new hire orientation,
- Coordinate Employee referral program,
- Performance Management
- Assist HR Manager in Performance Management
process,
- Coordinate Employee engagement surveys and
metrics,
- Assist HR Manager with Training and
Development Programing
- Updating Training Calendar,
- Managing logistics of trainings,
- Contributes to content creation,
- Assists HR Manager with Promotion, Career,
and Employee Advancement
Other duties
- Provide content related to Talent Management
for monthly HR newsletter,
- HR Metrics,
- Assist HR Manager with HR events and
processes as needed (Benefit Open Enrollment, All-Hands Meetings, etc.).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of HR best practices, specifically
in recruitment and onboarding,
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems,
- Customer service skills, including the
ability to actively listen, address employee needs, and maintain an open,
flexible, and friendly demeanor,
- Analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to understand and analyze HR
metrics,
- Understanding of multiple social networking
and job board platforms,
- Ability to work independently in a team
setting, both virtually and in-person when necessary
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
and responsibilities,
- Strong written and oral communication
skills,
- Adaptable and flexible, willing to undertake
a variety of tasks,
- Ability to communicate with individuals from

programs.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
experience,
- 1 3 years of related HR experience,
- Experience using social networks such as
LinkedIn and/or experience with job boards such as ZipRecruiter.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelors
degree in Human Resources or Business; or closely related field,
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter and/or
in talent management position,
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now.
Working Environment

Office Environment.

Work Schedule
- Monday Friday, normal office hours are 9:00
5:00, schedules may vary.
- This position is in Colorado, with an option
of a hybrid work environment. Depending on the employee, schedule, and
workload, the expectation is that they will be in the office 2-3 days per
week.
The essential functions of the position listed are not an

Salary Range: $50,00 - $57,000
The above salary range represents a good faith estimate of what
the salary may be for the position at the time of posting. The salary offered
to the selected candidate will be based on the qualifications of the selected
candidate, including education and years of experience, but not based on a candidates sex or any other protected status.
